Francine Gauthier - Masstrategy
Manager, coach, responsible for large client contact teams, Francine Gauthier has worked in the field of sales and customer services for the past 24 years.
Holding a Bachelors degree in administration, option marketing and psychology training, her expertise has been mainly developed in the telecommunications world, where technological evolution and structure reorganization are commonplace. She has been the general director of call centres for the last ten years. Her responsibility has been for large teams working in customer contact and she has thereby developed new procedures in management in order to increase employee productivity. Her expertise in administrative management for customer contact teams gives her the background necessary to recognise the needs of management in a world where process adjustment is frequent.
Her belief is that the success of a business relies, for the most part, on resource development strategies. It is the people of the organisation who are the key to the longevity, credibility and growth of the business. Businesses have everything to gain from the creative development of their personnel; in granting them the responsibilities necessary to make them the customer leaders.
