The IVR(Interactive Voice Response) services and training on the H1N1 influenza pandemic

The Institute of Cardiology and Pneumology of Quebec (Hopital Laval) uses Vox Opinion's IVR to proceed with the registration of its staff members who are in contact with trainees from the Ministère de la Santé et des Services Sociaux on the H1N1 influenza pandemic. The IVR services from Vox Opinion will contact more than 1000 employees so they can register for this training course. Automatic calls will be placed to staff members of the Institute. The system will provide, depending on availability, time slots and the different training modes. Also, a identity validation process has been established to ensure the validity of registrations. The system will also be able to receive calls and save staff selection.
