Interactive Voice Response (IVR)
This method can be operated in two ways. The first way, our systems can communicate, in an automatic fashion, with respondents’ samples and broadcast a message inviting them to complete a survey with a touch-tone telephone. The second way; the respondents can communicate with our systems, identify themselves with a number, and then answer the survey.
