Our interventions

We carry numerous mandates for our clients. Here are some examples:

Large Business

Client : A Canadian business employing several hundred employees.

Challenge : The business wanted to obtain facts about customer satisfaction.

Strategy : Vox Opinion set up a survey questionnaire on the WEB site, with a personal identification number (PIN) ensuring appropriate security. The employees could, therefore, fill out the questionnaire at work or at home. The advantages to this method are:

  • high response rate
  • simple procedure, even for employees having very little internet experience
  • the customer can continually follow the survey results
