Governmental Organization
Client : A governmental organization
Challenge : To transfer forty customer service employees to the organization’s new call center.
Strategy : Considering that the employees had a ‘’person to person’’ type of customer service experience, Vox Opinion proposed a plan of training centered on the skills linked to the exercise of call centre representatives’ profession to its customer. After two intensive weeks of dynamic training, the representatives were functional.
